Early arrival and late departure

Where the programme and property allow, eligible Guests may be considered for early check-in or late check-out. This can be particularly useful on long-haul journeys, celebration stays and business trips where timings matter.

Loyalty programme support

Guests who are already members of a hotel loyalty programme may still be able to receive applicable points or member recognition, depending on the brand, property and rate rules.
